Had the orientation lecture on Thursday with almost no information whatsoever. Two policemen from the entry-exit bureau told us that illegal things should not be done. This morning the class lists were posted and I ended up in a class with some people whom I already have gotten to know.

Went with the Americans to Xinchang for a look at a buddhist temple. The Buddha statues were carved in the mountain rock.

ZheDa International College building. My room is also in there.

My room (with bugs):   I sprayed a ton of DDT in there. Let’s see if anything crawls this coming night.
